Our Story

At InterMountain Business Lending, we are not only Utah’s most reliable SBA Lender, but through dedication and leadership, we empower our small business owners and surrounding communities to promote growth and build a brighter future.

From the beginning, we weren’t always known as InterMountain Business Lending. Our business started in 1979 as “Historic 25th Street Development Company” as a one–man show, until 1994, IMBL was declared as a full–time CDC (Certified Development Company). From then on, our purpose has been to promote the SBA 504 Program while extending a helping hand to small businesses that want to accomplish their goals
